We truly are a community school – the sense of belonging that all stakeholders have here is something that is so important to us. Because of this sense of belonging, we genuinely care about everyone and go above and beyond to show that care in all that we do.
We show respect for each other and our cultures, beliefs and differences. We respect each other’s space and bodies.
We are calm and careful when moving around our school.
We look back on our choices and work and learn from them.
We face our fears and new situations, even if this makes us nervous
We use kind words and actions that do not hurt or upset people.
We tell the truth, even when it is tricky to do so.
We make choices that show we are in control or our behaviour and make behaviour choices that are the right ones. We use the Zones of Regulation. We seek support from adults to help us with these choices when we need to. We listen and engage with our lessons.
We keep going, even when things have gone wrong.
